Projects & slots

A project in KnotCMS is one Notion database ↔ one Framer site connection (with mapping and sync settings).

Basic plan

• 1 project maximum
• 3 manual syncs (lifetime)
• No auto-sync or auto-publish

Paid plan

• Billed per project slot ($9 USD / project / month via Polar)
• Each slot = one Framer site you can connect
• Unlimited syncs, auto-sync, auto-publish

Note

Lowering paid seats does not delete projects — remove or archive extra projects first if you are over limit.

Over limit

If you have more projects than slots, existing projects may stay connected but you cannot create new ones until you upgrade or delete projects.
