General rule
Section titled “General rule”Paid subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where noted below or required by law.
We may refund when
Section titled “We may refund when”- Duplicate or erroneous charge
- Service not delivered — paid feature unavailable 72+ hours due to our fault (not Notion/Framer outages)
- First-time goodwill window — contact us within 7 days of first paid purchase if you have not completed a production sync on a paid project
How to request
Section titled “How to request”Email [email protected] from your Google account with:
- Name
- Polar invoice or transaction ID
- Purchase date and reason
We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Polar.
