Refunds

This is a summary. The full policy is in our Terms & Refund Policy.

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where noted below or required by law.

  • Duplicate or erroneous charge
  • Service not delivered — paid feature unavailable 72+ hours due to our fault (not Notion/Framer outages)
  • First-time goodwill window — contact us within 7 days of first paid purchase if you have not completed a production sync on a paid project

Email [email protected] from your Google account with:

  • Name
  • Polar invoice or transaction ID
  • Purchase date and reason

We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Polar.
