Auto-sync needs nothing set up in Notion on either plan. On Basic it stops once the 10 syncs are gone, and the project page shows Free syncs used up.
Not every run counts: the first sync when a project is created is free, as is the occasional internal re-sync KnotCMS runs to be sure no edit was missed.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Subscribe from Profile → Subscribe in the app. Use the same Google email as checkout. A project paused on Free syncs used up resumes automatic syncing within a minute.
